Looks great!  I've ordered the game expedited; it'll be waiting for me at home tonight.  Hopefully createspace will be quick!

A few questions, please don't take this the wrong way -- What is the threshold for retailers to order enough guides so that you can print them like the good ol' days?  Will it be e-guide / POD for everything here on out?  LKS doesn't seem that niche to me.

Also, will you be selling the printed versions of LKS OSG on amazon?

The threshold is based on pre-orders and I don't know the number. Us: hay guys, want the LKS guide? Them: nah, pre-orders aren't strong enough, ktnx.

Yes, there will be printed ones on Amazon.

Is the eGuide not up yet? I ordered this morning but the child board isn't showing up...

This is the 3rd eGuide I've got recently, great work and I love the service!

Oops, I missed this from before, sorry! It's been up since before we started taking orders. It should show up for you!

I've been checking Amazon, since E/last week, but the LKS guide still doesn't show available.

djpubba, is Amazon running behind? (wouldn't be the first time..)
